Shipping policy
For the first 5 days after launch, all orders will require 3–5 business days to process before dispatch.
This short delay is due to final warehouse setup and the high volume of early orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will follow the standard delivery timeframes listed in the section below.

However, the 3–5 business day processing time takes priority during the first 5 days after launch.

At Kyros, we take shipping as seriously as the product itself.
Each order is packed, quality-checked, and dispatched with precision from our fulfilment facility to ensure every set arrives safely and on time.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 16:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed and dispatched the same business day (Mon–Sat).
Orders placed after 16:00 PM are processed the following business day.
At this stage, your order is securely packed, labelled, and handed to our carrier.
While we work closely with our logistics partners, rare delays may occur if carriers miss scheduled pickups. When this happens, dispatch may be delayed by one additional business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary by region. The following are approximate estimates based on carrier performance (90 % delivery rate):

These estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Delays caused by customs inspections, peak seasons, or unforeseen logistics issues are outside our control but remain rare.
3. Shipping Costs
Kyros offers a flat shipping rate of $12 AUD worldwide.
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — meaning all taxes, tariffs, and import duties are included in your purchase price.
No hidden fees or surprise customs charges.
4. Tracking Information
Every order includes tracking.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress in real time.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Carriers
We partner with major global couriers including DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, and other reputable networks depending on your destination.
Carrier selection is based on performance, cost, and reliability at the time of shipping.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured during transit.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@kyrosware.co within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll coordinate with the carrier and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement at no cost for verified cases of major damage.

7. Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Attempts
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Kyros is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
8. Split Shipments
All items in your order are shipped together whenever possible.
If an unexpected split shipment occurs, tracking numbers for each parcel will be provided.
