Early Days
The first days of Kyros were built on routine.
6:00AM was for branding.
Recess was for refining the design.
Lunchtimes were for gym.
Every spare minute went into making 0.5 kg of stainless steel feel natural in your hand.
At first, I was obsessed, every day felt like progress.
The Spark
When school ended, motivation was at its peak.
I finally had the freedom to turn the idea into something real, the excitement was unreal.
For the first time, it felt like this could actually happen.
But motivation fades. Discipline doesn’t.
The Leap
The next step was terrifying, flying to China alone for the Canton Fair.
I was surrounded by people twice my age, throwing around terms I’d never heard before.
For a moment, I felt completely out of my depth.
I almost gave up.
But one supplier believed in the idea, and that’s all it took.
Every step forward came with the weight of “what if this fails?”
The Grind
Back home, the hype faded.
Days turned into nights, nights into early mornings.
I would only leave the house to go to the gym
When motivation ran out, I had to rely on discipline alone.

The Proof
On my second trip to China, I saw the factory’s first samples.
The polish, the balance, everything outshined what we’d built at home.
For the first time, it looked like the vision I’d been building toward.
Seeing someone use it for the first time, hearing “holy sh*t, that’s heavy”, made every setback worth it.
The Arrival
What started as a school project became a real product.
Now it’s shipped worldwide, proof that discipline can build more than muscle.
It can build legacy.
